(D-Pro7)-Angiotensin I/II (1-7)

(D-Pro7)-Angiotensin I/II (1-7) is a selective, peptide-based antagonist of Angiotensin-(1-7). (D-Pro7)-Angiotensin I/II (1-7) potently blocks multiple biological effects of Ang-(1-7). (D-Pro7)-Angiotensin I/II (1-7) inhibits the hypertensive response induced by microinjection of Ang-(1-7) into the rostral ventrolateral medulla (RVLM) and abolishes the endothelium-dependent vasorelaxation of mouse. (D-Pro7)-Angiotensin I/II (1-7) can be used for the study of cardiovascular disorders.
